Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with Key Account Manager
  • Analyze the beauty market (Nielsen, marketing info)
  • Monitor business performance (B-one, ClickView)
  • Prepare and send documents and materials to clients
  • Support the implementation of promotional plans: promotional quotas, analysis, control, and updates
  • Prepare internal reports: account retro-timing, external networks, Nielsen, top client reviews, launch tracking, margin analysis and variances for each KAM
  • Manage logistics data, track client and retail sell-out data
  • Support forecasting processes
  • Coordinate with other departments (internal clients) and gain knowledge of customer accounts

Your Profile

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, and/or a related Master’s degree with a good academic record
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (high level of Excel)
  • Ability to use pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Intermediate level in market research, retail
  • Familiarity with Nielsen data
  • High level of English
  • Prior experience or internships in a similar position will be valued
