Your Tasks
• Preparation of regular reports and sales analyses (including P&L, margins, prices, volumes),
• Monitoring, analyses and conclusions of contracted customer terms (actual/Planned)
• Responsible for reviewing categories performance against forecast, NS, Gross margin drivers
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes (short and long-term),
• Improve and automate reporting processes,
• Cooperation with the following departments: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain,
• Supporting Management with development and improvement of new and existing process and creating ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
Your Profile
• Completed Master's degree in Economics or Similar,
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the area of business or financial controlling, FMCG experience is beneficial
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to think scenarios,
• Openness to change, curiosity about business, proactivity in everyday work, willingness to learn,
• Ability to have discussions, actively listen and persuade,
• Ability to priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Positive mind set and team spirit
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills
• Excellent in promoting change
• Can build and develop effective internal and external partnership
• Able to be pro-active in addressing issues / problems
• “Can-do” attitude
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP/BI systems welcome.
