Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy’s Marketing Services Department in Milan.
The hire will support the team of our Skin-care brands NIVEA, NIVEA MEN and Labello on the following activities:
- Support the management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings on platforms, and summarize final results.
- Collaborate with the category marketing team to check digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance , identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies.
- Assist in the development and review of social media PEDs for the company’s main social media platforms.
- Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and flag potential issues
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following education, experiences and skills:
- BA/MA Degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media ;
- Previous experiences in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from consultancy, large companies or media agency);
- Previous experience in the Cosmetics field would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills , with particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets etc.
- Interpersonal skills : proactivity with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus .
- Languages : fluency in both Italian and English.
