Your Tasks

At Beiersdorf IT, you will join as an IT Trainee and explore a broad range of topics depending on your interests. From data to cloud, from architecture to sustainability to digital innovation – everything can be part of your journey. You will rotate through different IT teams, taking on your own projects while also gaining deep insights into day‑to‑day operations. As the programme is designed to prepare you for future digital and technological challenges, you will work with global and regional teams to build a holistic understanding of our digital landscape. From day one, you will take ownership and co‑create the future of our company.

Your Profile

  • A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics or any other field with a strong passion for IT
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital transformation, technology and innovation
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities paired with creativity and a digital‑first mindset, focusing on the outcome
  • Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
  • Motivation to lead digital projects and contribute to impactful technology solutions
  • At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships (e.g. in programming, Cloud computing or similar)
