Your Tasks

As a Digital Trainee, you will explore how Digital tools, Data Analyatics (incl. AI) and Technology come together to drive business growth in a digital and AI-driven world.

You will rotate across our Digital Unit and connected business areas, taking on your own projects while gaining deep insights into day-to-day operations. From improving digital performance to enabling scalable content and AI-driven use cases, you will contribute to real business impact from day one.

As the programme prepares you to navigate and shape future digital challenges, you will work closely with global, regional and local teams to build a holistic understanding of our digital ecosystem.

From day one, you will take ownership to co-create and help shape the future of our company.

Your Profile

  • A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data, Technology or a related field
  • Visible leadership potential through taking ownership, driving initiatives and collaborating across teams
  • Genuine curiosity for how digital, AI and data, as well as eCom drive business growth
  • Strong analytical skills and digital affinity paired with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to translate data, insights and ideas into concrete actions and measurable impact
  • Interest in working with digital tools, platforms and emerging AI capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and contribute in cross-functional environments
  • High level of initiative, adaptability and willingness to take responsibility early on
  • Motivation to lead digital or AI-driven projects and improve real business outcomes
  • At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships (e.g. digital marketing, eCommerce, consulting, data or tech)
