Your Tasks
Sales Making (20%)
- Monitor monthly and quarterly CVS sales performance, TTC, and other key indicators.
- Participate in CVS sales meetings such as MSO or promotion meeting and provide relevant reports.
- Report new product development (NPD) achievements and CVS market reactions to the Team Manager.
- Support monthly closing task, including CVS_CRDR and TA settlements.
Promotion (30%)
- Suggest and implement CVS promotion plans to MD.
- Visit stores to ensure proper implementation of display setups, shelf management, and product placements.
- Report MD’s feedback and promotional performance to the Team Manager.
Management (30%)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints (“happy calls”) promptly and professionally.
- Check CVS stock levels and monitor daily order lists to prevent delivery failures and penalties.
- Strive to minimize product returns through proactive communication and issue management with CVS account.
- Share POS data and insights with the Team Manager on a monthly basis.
Market (20%)
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with CVS MD.
- Monitor CVS headquarters and store-level changes, trends, and data; respond proactively to competitor movements.
- Report competitor NPDs, display activities, and promotional trends to the Team Manager.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in CVS (Convenience Store) channel management is required.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, with strong understanding of retail operations and sales promotion activities is preferred.
