Your Tasks
- Structuring and enriching our internal knowledge base: You’ll work with SharePoint to organize audit content and make it accessible and useful for the entire team. This includes close collaboration with different audit team members.
- Supporting digitalization and standardization: Help us create smarter templates, checklists, reporting modules, and standardized tools – ideally with a technical mindset and curiosity for tools like Power Apps or intelligent agents that support automation.
- Contributing to data-driven audit approaches: Assist in building scalable mass data analyses and explore new ways to simplify audit work.
- Subject to 2026 priorities, support internal audit in preparing for the switch to a new audit software and/or assisting in the development of a new audit planning tool
- Taking ownership of small projects: You’ll have the chance to lead your own initiatives and bring your ideas into practice.
- Collaborating in an international team: Work closely with our audit team from different countries in an open, agile, and hands-on culture.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in process optimization – with or without automation – and enjoy exploring how things could be done smarter and more efficiently.
- You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and maybe even Power BI or SAP.
- You’re excited about AI and automation – and ideally, you have first experience or interest in building AI agents or using AI tools to improve workflows.
- You work in a structured and reliable way, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your tasks with initiative and accountability.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are fluent in English – our business language.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
