1.Strategy & Planning
Develop annual EMKT strategies and integrated traffic plans aligned with business objectives
Lead consumer TA planning, paid-media strategy, and budget management (P&L) to maximize ROI
Monitor platform trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
2.Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan and execute mega-campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11, CNY) and daily activations
Optimize in-site paid traffic, creative content , and A/B testing to enhance conversion rates
Collaborate with brand, media, and sales teams to tailor content strategies
3.Data Intelligence & Reporting
Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI) and generate insights to optimize media and content effectiveness
Conduct category/competitor studies and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Develop best practices and guidance for sales and brand teams
4.Innovation & Cross-functional Leadership
Drive new product incubation via tailored consumer plans and paid media strategies
Lead innovative EC campaigns and explore non-traditional ideas/tools
Optimize workflows, templates, and processes
5.Content
Lead in-site asset strategy & execution
Qualification:
8+ years in FMCG/highly related industries, with 5+ years focused on digital/e-commerce marketing
Proven expertise in multi-channel (e.g., Tmall, JD, Douyin) strategy execution
Solid team management experience
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data tools (e.g., DMP, CRM platforms)
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills to align internal/external stakeholders
Fluency in English (written and oral) for global communication
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields
