Role Purpose:
The Commercial Manager leads the 360-degree marketing strategy, ensures excellence in Detailing Operation and is responsible of the roll out and alignment of the regional/global Eucerin strategy to the entire local organization
Main Accountabilities
1.Strategy and business planning
- Define and execute Eucerin plans aligned with regional and global strategic priorities.
- Align the 360 strategy between different touch points.
- Define together with Digital & Media team the precision marketing and precision influencers strategies together with a sufficiency investment model to reach the right consumer targets under the full funnel approach.
- Align the main initiatives to Medical Management strategy (Promotional Grid, Congresses, KOLs and DOLs).
- Ensure the right detailing operation, building best detailing team focusing in the heavy prescriber calls (Segmentation, Targeting, frequency & KPIs).
- Roll out the brand plan to S&CM and Sales team ensuring the right visibility and exhibition aligned to brand and category positioning, supporting by the right professional advise at POS.
- Monitoring the brands performance (net sales, market share, prescriptions share, etc.) and brand development against sales/ profit forecast and budgets.
- Support of regional innovation projects and providing local consumer insights / needs into the process.
- Identify market challenges & opportunities to win in local markets leveraging expertise within the region.
- Develop price strategy, ensuring sustainability of high value price proposition.
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their full understanding of defined marketing strategies and ensure the excellence implementation.
