Your Tasks
We are looking for an Export Analyst to join our Customs Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating export operations to the United States and Canada, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and the timely execution of international shipments.
You will work closely with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth export processes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export operations to the United States and Canada.
- Review and validate export documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all required documents are signed, uploaded, and maintained properly.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Monitor export shipments and follow up on customs clearance activities.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian export regulations.
- Resolve operational issues that may impact shipment timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in export operations or international trade.
- Experience managing export processes to the United States and Canada.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers.
- Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
