Your Tasks

The role of a Sales Representative will involve managing relationships with key customers and building new relationships as well as rolling out new promotions and implementing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring there is correct product volume and positioning in all stores, negotiating in new lines and managing product supply in alignment with demand. Your objective will be to manage your territory to ensure sales continue to increase while being able to work both as an individual as well as part of a team.

Your tasks:

Promotions, Point-of-Sales

  • Being responsible for your customers turnover development per store
  • Ensuring the implementation of your customer annual, medium and long term plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category and customer targets
  • Maximizing visibility in store level according the ideal store principles and guidance
  • Handling stock levels to your customers and prevents Out of Stock in central warehouses & in stores of your area of responsibility
  • Ensuring that adequate distribution of the new products is obtained in time within your customers
  • Handling efficiently your “sales rep budget” and negotiating terms and conditions with your customers at POS and following up
  • Implementating the customer promotion plan which is in line with the objectives within the customer marketing plan
  • Ensuring the delivery of the agreed objectives within the annual customer plan for product distribution and display at the POS. Maximizing the accessibility of Beiersdorf products to the consumer. Aligning with the customer investment strategy and working with the S&C Marketing Manager to achieve the objective
  • Setting priorities and identifying customer potentials, preparing visits and assuring adequate and timely reporting


Customer Relationships

  • Building and maintaining efficient business relationship across the customers of responsibility
  • Ensuring that all relevant departments are well informed to serve the customer and support the achievement of the objectives

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (ideally within FMCG)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • Commercial and strategic thinking skills
  • Analytical skills, good command of MS Office
  • Winning spirit, results-oriented
  • Collaboration and good communication skills
