Your Tasks
- Deliver assigned scientific objectives through hypothesis testing and experimentation.
- Apply strong understanding of skin biology and skin responses.
- Design experiments, generate scientific data, and connect findings with consumer insights, including geographic impact on skin.
- Support development and execution of test methods and protocols.
- Contribute to scientific publications and patent submissions.
- Manage medium complexity formulation projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Generate consumer insights and translate them into innovation projects across regions using scientific and technological knowledge.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies through internal and external partners.
- Understand product development and innovation management processes and use internal R and D data tools.
- Manage laboratory activities including safety, raw materials, and waste.
- Participate in cross regional R and D collaborations and act as contact for key suppliers.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of business and financial concepts and support stakeholder decision making.
Your Profile
Education:
- PhD, M. Pharma, M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry, B.Tech /M. Tech in Chemical Engineering / Cosmetic Science / Bio-Technology and related education
Experience:
- Experience in the field of formulation development preferably in the field of Skin Care, Body Care, Deodorants and Shower .
Global mobility preferred.
