Your Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing supply chain customer collaboration by building relationships with the customer supply chain contacts.

Implement joint initiatives with customers which should result in improved service, supply chain efficiencies and optimisation, leading to cost savings while increasing customer communication and satisfaction.

You will also manage and process orders for our major customers and assist with training new team members.

Further responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting, reviewing and communication customer DIFOT results and issues
  • Implementing strategies to reduce impacts on customer DIFOT, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate and leverage optimisation opportunities between Beiersdorf and its customers on Supply Chain topics to improve service, costs and customer satisfaction
  • Provide operational support for Business Managers
  • Work with the Customer Service Specialist to manage and maintain system related requirements.
  • Align with all parties for peak promotional sales requirements to coordinate customer service activities and provide transparency to 3PL’s

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Customer related processes.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise.
  • Proficient in building relationships.
