Role Purpose
The Sales Representative supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to seek every reasonable opportunity to increase the sales on his/hers assigned sales territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- sales result in assigned field and/or customer and/or assigned sales territory;
- provide suitable predefined percentage of participation on the shelf of every NIVEA Brand Group;
- Implementation of agreed Shopper & Customer Marketing Plan (Secondary Placement, Promotions in Store etc.), at customers in his/hers sales territory.
Regular Activities
- Act as key contributor for the Point of Sale excellence (POS): support of all promotional activities, placement of Point of sale material, assembling of displays and any other support promo materials, and ensuring of in-time execution of promo mechanisms.
- Integration of established merchandising standards within the customers’ outlets, namely: assortment penetration, shelf space/appearance and pricing, and monitoring the work of - Merchandizing team in accordance with the overall BDF sales strategy in order to increase brand awareness and visibility;
- Boosting Company targets accomplishments through the use of various applications and tools ( TRAX , etc.) as assigned by the Company;
- Preparing and executing scheduled route plans for regular visits of the customers in the region;
- Establishing and maintaining proper spirit of cooperation with the customers’ staff;
- Ensures optimal stock levels & quality of the products; checks the stock and use it to supplement the shelves;
- Establishing a best practice approach within the team of BDF Sales Representatives by seeking regular information exchange with the colleagues;
- Support the Key Account Manager/s in his/her duties to serve the KA.
Reporting:
- Store Checks on daily basis and regular feedback on customer development through various means (pictures, telephone & email communication);
- Daily use of TRAX application.
