Job Ad Description
:
• Coordinating demands with internal demand owners, actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to add value to the business (e.g. bundling)
• Responsible for initiating and coordinating RFQ/RFIs, negotiating conditions, evaluating and selecting suppliers within own area of responsibility and according to established responsibilities and value limits
• PO Processing of local country materials (e.g. promotional goods, co-packing materials) and services for the unit in scope
• Order confirmation tracking and handling
• Handling all related billing and payment processes
• Complaint management and solution
• Representing procurement in relevant small/medium business projects with a specific need for sourcing support and/or dedicated attention & procurement projects
• Maintenance and quality assurance of relevant master data for supported negotiation/contracting processes (e.g. category spends, contractual terms, supplier data)
• Timely documentation of relevant procurement KPI data (e.g. savings) as well as regular aggregation of data in order to manage the performance within own area
• Accountable and responsible to assure full compliance with relevant corporate guidelines and procurement policies within own area of responsibility
• Contribution to transactional productivity (trigger to Category Managers etc. for setting up new frame contracts, RPA ideas etc.)
• Content management of eCatalogues, and other automated order channels in order to increase automation
• Education
- Bachelor degree (ideally in Business/Economics/Engineering/ Supply Chain)
- Master degree, will be considered a plus
• Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge (ideally PP2), ideally also SAP Ariba and SRM system
- Customer Focus: develop efficient relations, considering expectations of other departments
- Thinking Ahead: combine analysis and helicopter view
- Driving Results/leadership: take immediate actions to face and solve issues, take lead for her/his achieve common business targets
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
• Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement in a similar position (ideally FMCG company, managing marketing and indirects categories)
