Your Tasks

Please note that this is a fixed-term position of 2 years.

  • Multichannel Medical strategy: implement the EE regional strategy.
  • Responsible for all kind of trainings, local and international lecturing, and scientific aspect of building of medical competencies of Eucerin.
  • Responsible for team medical competences and professional expertise.
  • Medical marketing: adapt and drive detailing support and professional communication strategy and steer brand performance and medical perception in cooperation with Regional Medical Manger
  • Lead the implementation and scientific aspect of organization of the local, and participation in the regional and Global Derms events in cooperation with Local Medical Field Force Manager and Regional Medical Manager.
  • Leads scientific and medical aspect of local Detailing Management, KOL Management.

Detailing Scientific Management

  • Develops and annual local professional medical marketing plan with a clear strategy and measurable objectives in the cooperation with Local Medical Field Force Manager
  • Translates science into recommendation and sales.
  • Identifies need for participation in a regional and global clinical study based on market analysis (to support product launch or life cycle management) in the cooperation with Local Medical Field Force Manager
  • Implements clinical studies and participates in Global studies.
  • Initiates and local medical tracking based on the Global and Regional recommendation in the cooperation with Local Medical Field Force Manager
  • Ensures scientific and medical roll-out in line with regional strategy.

Key Opinion Leader Management Support

  • Lead scientific communication with local key opinion leader and develop a regional KOL management strategy with Local Medical Field Force Manager.
  • Support productive relationship with KOLs & DOLs in the cooperation with Local Medical Field Force Manager.
  • Actively participate and ensure Medical Competencies of the brand in the biggest local Derms’ meetings. Follow-up summaries, evaluations, and learnings from KOLs activities.

  • Identifies the opportunities to grow the business, maintaining ROI.
  • Understand and contributes to Eucerin strategy.
  • Understands and influences Medical knowledge to grow recommendation.
  • Working cross functional and understands the roles and responsibilities of marketing, S&C, digital. Support recruitment of local KOLs & DOLs to regional projects.

Personal skills

  • University degree, in any kind of the Medical or Bio-Medical science with strong interest in life science.
  • Several years of experience in professional marketing or medical sales in a dermocosmetic or pharmaceutical company.
  • Acts in a compliant and professional way. Confident, patient, and convincing behavior.
  • Strategic & analytical, team oriented, open, proactive acting.
  • International Mindset.
  • Fluent English.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Willingness to continue to learn and develop.

Communication and presentation skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Has the ability to give the same message at different level (Dermatologist – Pharmacist- Consumer).
  • Knows, understands, and acts along the negotiating process: key stages and principles of negotiating.
  • Identifies own strengths and weaknesses in negotiations and acts accordingly.
