Your Tasks
- Support the regional Executive- as well as local S&OP processes
- Lead the implementation of End-to-End Supply Chain Planning processes
- Steer MU, PC & CoE Supply Chain planning performance based on KPIs
- Actively manage and support process champion communities for assigned topics
- Ensure defined Service Levels to customers at lowest inventory and scrapping levels for your respective SC Units
- Root-cause analysis and implementation of continuous improvement measures (ad hoc and/or in fixed formats)
- Support global/regional IIM and bottleneck processes
Your Profile
- Relevant master / bachelor degree
- Relevant FMCG experience, especially in Supply Chain (5+ years)
- Deep knowledge/operational experience in demand planning and ideally also supply/production planning
- Experience in process and project management
- Very good SAP knowledge of Supply Chain Planning modules (APO,BI, Masterdata, SAP ERP MM) (inventory management)
- Analytic and strategic mindset in combination with process oriented thinking
- Management and leadership skills, strong communicator, highly credible and convincing
- Goal and performance oriented
- Business fluent in English, additional language will be beneficial
