Your Tasks
You will have the chance to learn and work with a highly motivated team always striving to succeed in the most competitive environment: the POS (Point of Sale).
Main challenges and responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Develop POS activations and implementations for Specific Retailers and evaluate sell-out impact/ROI
- Develop creative images for customer leaflets
Category Support
- Visibility - develop POS Materials to support Innovation and Core assortment in order to maximize its visibility in-store (homeshelf and second placement)
Field Force support
- POS material inventory, Product catalogue update
- Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Procurement Teams
Your Profile
Hard skills
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field;
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Power Point) & Outlook knowledge;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills
- Proactive, flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking;
- Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented;

Availability for office in Paço de Arcos (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office)
