Your Tasks
Joining the Procurement Academy as a Working Student means actively shaping the learning journey of a global procurement community while gaining hands-on experience in training organization and digital learning content creation. You will work in an international environment with stakeholders around the world and be part of the Procurement Excellence team, which is dedicated to developing capabilities, professionalizing procurement, and driving continuous improvement through impactful learning experiences.
- Support the organization and coordination of online and offline procurement trainings (classroom & virtual)
- Assist in creating engaging learning content such as videos, tutorials, and e-learning modules
- Maintain and update training materials and presentations
- Track participant data and training analytics to measure impact and identify improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning programs
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the learning experience
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Education or similar
- Enrolled in full-time studies during the entire working student period
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with video editing tools or e-learning platforms is a plus
- Affinity for digital learning and creative content development
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- Enjoy working in an international environment
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
