Your Tasks
Join our Digital Innovation team to help scout opportunities, run quick experiments, and turn promising ideas into measurable impact across marketing, product, and operations.
- Support discovery & research: market scans, trend scouting, competitor/benchmark decks, and stakeholder interviews.
- Help run pilots/PoCs: coordinate timelines, prep test assets, track KPIs, and compile learnings.
- Create content that moves projects forward: pitch decks, one-pagers, newsletters, and short-form visuals/videos for internal comms and social.
- Coordinate events & workshops: logistics, attendee comms, support, and followup documentation.
- Support performance workstreams: simple dashboards, campaign checks, and reporting for digital experiments (incl. paid media pilots).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech, and Innovation to keep experiments moving and outcomes documented.
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (e.g., Business/Economics/Management) with exposure to Technology & Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Agile Management, or Digital Innovation.
- Good German and English language skills
- You are energetic, proactive, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on with creative/marketing tools: Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Communication skills: write clearly, visualize ideas, and summarize insights for non-experts (e.g., newsletters, event recaps, social posts). Experience producing social posts, video snippets, and newsletter content is a plus.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
