Your Tasks

Esta posición será responsable de gestionar integralmente el proceso de cuentas de sampling, asegurando el correcto flujo de ingresos, facturación, valorización e inventarios. Además, será encargado(a) de elaborar, analizar y mantener los reportes de KPIs del equipo de Visita Médica, aportando información clave para la toma de decisiones del negocio Derma.

Funciones Principales:

  • Elaborar, actualizar y analizar reportes de KPIs del equipo de Visita Médica, asegurando calidad, consistencia y oportunidad de la información.
  • Coordinar, gestionar y dar seguimiento integral a la cuenta de Sampling, incluyendo:
    • Ingresos y recepción de productos.
    • Control y validación de facturación.
    • Valorización de muestras y seguimiento presupuestario.
    • Gestión y control de inventario.
  • Asegurar la correcta articulación y comunicación con las áreas involucradas en el proceso de sampling: Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finanzas y otros stakeholders internos.
  • Levantar alertas, proponer mejoras y optimizar procesos relacionados con la administración de muestras y reportes.
  • Generar informes de gestión periódicos para el equipo Derma y apoyar en presentaciones ejecutivas cuando sea requerido.
  • Mantener registros actualizados y asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos internos y políticas corporativas.

Your Profile

Perfil:

  • Estudiantes de las carreras Marketing, Ingenieria Comercial, Administración, Contador o afines
  • Ingles: nivel intermedio
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado (Power Query, DAX)
  • Power BI intermedio
  • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en datos, extrovertido.
  • Alto nivel de responsabilidad y autonomía.
  • Capacidad de planificación y seguimiento.
  • Trabajo colaborativo e inter-áreas.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para proponer mejoras.
