Translate company strategies into actionable commercial plans within the medical channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead the team to achieve IMS sales targets and market share growth through strong execution and commercial excellence.
Ensure operational excellence in call planning, coverage optimization, engagement quality, and product advocacy.
Drive sales process effectiveness — including demand generation, NPD penetration, accurate forecasting, and trade program execution.
Oversee financial management, ensuring efficient and accountable use of TA and CM budgets.
Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with distributors to enable long-term growth.
Develop and coach team members to enhance performance and capability.
Champion innovation and identify new opportunities to accelerate business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of commercial or business development experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.
Proven track record in leading sales or medical channel teams to achieve performance and market growth targets.
Strong ability to translate strategic direction into actionable commercial plans at regional or national level.
Demonstrated strength in sales process optimization, including call planning, demand generation, forecasting, and trade program execution.
Experience managing distributors or external partners, ensuring alignment and sustainable business growth.
Excellent financial acumen with ability to plan, monitor, and optimize budgets effectively.
Strong leadership and people development capabilities — skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
Innovative mindset with ability to identify new growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
