Your Tasks
The Credit & Collections Analyst position offers you the opportunity to take ownership of critical financial operations that directly impact the company's cash flow and customer satisfaction. You will be entrusted with overseeing the full credit management lifecycle, from setting and monitoring credit limits to managing overdue payments.
Your essential duties will include:
- Implementing collection strategies, both preventive and responsive, to optimize the recovery process.
- Performing regular credit limit assessments and adjusting them based on customer payment behavior and market conditions.
- Carrying out thorough credit risk analysis to support decision-making and portfolio management.
- Maintaining open and effective communication channels with customers to negotiate payment terms and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Updating customer account information meticulously within SAP to ensure precise records and facilitate reporting.
- Providing detailed reports and insights to management regarding credit risks, collection activities, and customer performance.
This role requires a combination of analytical expertise and interpersonal skills to navigate challenging scenarios diplomatically while protecting the company’s financial interests.
Your Profile
Your Ideal Profile:
- Extensive prior experience in credit and collections roles, especially within accounts receivable frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of credit analysis techniques and strong familiarity with industry best practices in the collections process.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial management software to ensure effective tracking and management of accounts.
- Highly developed analytical skills paired with a strong customer service orientation to balance company objectives with client relationships.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate professionally with a diverse set of customers and stakeholders.
