Your Tasks

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues

Annual Business Planning/ Budgeting

  • Developing Manpower Plans in line with ABP
  • Detailed General Expense build up for all people related costs
  • Keep track of cost utilization on personnel expenses against plans
  • Forecast cost scenarios for various investment opportunities regarding the workforce

Talent Acquisition

  • Conceptualize employer branding strategies to position Beiersdorf India as a great place to work
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future business needs
  • Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Manage external partnerships with campuses, job boards and recruitment partners

Talent Management

  • Articulate, Design and Implement the Talent Management Framework. Lead Potential Identification, Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles
  • Design Approach for development of talent, in line with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives
  • Workforce Planning to identify strategic capabilities required for the organization to meet the growth agenda

Total Rewards

  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
  • Salary Benchmarking: Conduct regular market surveys to ensure compensation structures are competitive in the healthcare FMCG space.
  • Reward and Recognition Programs: Develop reward programs to recognize and reward employees for their contributions and achievements.

Performance Management

  • Anchor the performance management process
  • Managing sales incentive and Variable pay plan for the organization
  • Provide solutioning to HR Team basis insights and analytics of people data and drive people related decisions

Compliance

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies in alignment with labor regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement health, safety, and welfare standards to comply with regulations and ensure employee well-being.

Your Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in HR Functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organization Design and Effectiveness, Performance Management, Total Rewards is a plus.
  • Good understanding of and experience in Org Culture, crafting ways of working and embedding that across the hire to retire cycle and across all touchpoints of employee experience.
  • Experience in working with global and diverse teams is preferred
