Your Tasks
The Account Manager E-commerce Benelux will be responsible for the E-commerce NS of BDF (NIVEA, Labello, Hansaplast) in the Benelux for several Key pure players, as well as support & steer Omnichannel players. Deliver and monitor NS, GM, VMS of our E-commerce business.
- Deliver sustainable Net Sales growth, focus skin care
- Deliver profitable growth (GM%)
- Win in market (VMS%), both Pure Player & Omnichannel
- Develop joint business plan per category incl. FY activation plans
- Financially steer your business with an accurate and spot-on forecast
- Further build on the excellent relationship with our key customers as one team
- Manage your customers both on strategic and support level
- Prepare & actively drive the yearly negotiation; focusing on improvement of conditions
- Make sure all work is in line with national sales policy and compliancy (eg regulatory, marketing)
- Visit Belgium on an irregular basis to connect, understand the market and further professionalize E-commerce: once every quarter 1 day
Your Profile
- Master’s degree ideally with a commercial focus
- 2-3 years relevant experience in commercial roles incl. ideally sales
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Language: fluent in Dutch/English & ideally a good understanding of French
- Strategic & entrepreneurial thinker with strong results drive
- Solution-orientated and resilient
- Positive attitude with a can-do mentality
