As Customer Centricity is a core pillar of our Customer Service, this role focuses on delivering an exceptional service experience while driving automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing order entry through tools such as EDI, CRM, Esker, and Excel Upload, handling logistics incidents, correcting invoicing issues, and maintaining proactive communication with customers. The position also requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Main challenges and responsibilities:
• Providing our customers with the best level of service, increasingly relying on process automation.
• Verifying the accuracy of the customer’s orders and makes and communicates any corrections deemed necessary to ensure that all orders are accepted and entered correctly.
• Answering customer inquiries relating to order status, shipping/delivery dates, and any additional questions that may arise.
• Ensuring the correctly invoice process according to the commercial agreements.
• Managing the credit notes timely.
• Guaranteeing the KPI indicators.
