As Brand Manager, on top of your IIM projects, you will be the catalyst inside our team — connecting science with creativity, insights with imagination, and strategy with bold action.
You’ll play a central role in crafting concepts, elevating product performance, and inspiring the next generation of innovation across our portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will lead high-impact innovation projects, manage the core portfolio, and support data-driven decision-making across global markets. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Market Research, Medical, Early Innovation Team and Regional Marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
Leading our core franchise Hyaluron-Filler 3X Effect and running IIM projects including RL & L accordingly following the pipeline
Lead Anti-Age Innovation Pipeline with a true passion of innovation together with Associate Director
Full commitment to own and drive Eucerin Anti Age`s most ambitious innovation project to date—requiring exceptional stakeholder management, strong project leadership, strategic clarity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight and often shifting timelines
Foster ongoing collaboration with strategic regions and countries , offering hands-on support and ensuring structured follow-up
Work closely and cross-functionally with teams including Claims, Finance, Legal, Medical, Digital, and CMI to drive projects forward
Support the Associate Director in developing in-depth business analyses , identifying trends, white spaces, and strategic action points
Continuously monitor consumer behavior, dermatological trends , and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy
Collaborate closely with Medical Management and the Global Content Manager to ensure alignment and integration of brand messaging
Collect and analyze international market data (consumer insights, digital performance, competitor tracking, sell-out figures) and translate findings into actionable recommendations in close cooperation with the CMI team
Drive a consumer-centric, data-driven approach to brand growth, grounded in deep category insights and market trends
Develop and articulate a clear brand vision, strategy, and multi-year growth roadmap for the Sun category
Strong experience in the Dermocosmetic or Beauty/Skincare industry preferred
A true passion for innovation — you naturally explore new ideas, ingredients, technologies, and consumer trends.
Strong understanding of active ingredients and how they can drive product performance and differentiation.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Innovation Brand Management and Marketing, ideally in regional or global roles
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and high learning agility. Essentially, “rolling up your sleeves” and going deep into the details and hard work
Strategic and visionary thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable brand plans
Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change with confidence and clarity
Strong analytical acumen combined with pragmatism and business instinct
Able to collaborate and influence across functions, cultures, and seniority levels
Passionate about skincare and committed to pushing boundaries for brand excellence
Fluent in English (spoken and written) ; additional languages are a plus
