Role Purpose

Steer Ecommerce business for MU ASEAN countries on toplines (Net Sales and GMV), profitability, and marketing investments. Perform controlling activities i.e. forecast, planning, analysing, create standardization and digitalization across MU ASEAN with regards to processes, templates, reports and dashboards used for business partnering with Ecommerce teams across ASEAN.

Responsibilities:

• Support MU-ASEAN E-Com Director in the overall planning and steering of E-Com Business for ASEAN
• Act as the key business partner for Head of Ecommerce in ASEAN leading and steering the planning process for forecast and tracking of plan v/s actual
• Standardize way of planning and recording of business to ensure reporting for all monthly KPI’s are don’t accurately on timely basis.
• Work as connect with EM Finance team to ensure that global practices (e.g. C2C & Omni NS Recognition) are implemented in standard way across ASEAN Affiliates and Brand Clusters.
• Perform Marketing Budget standardization and drive usage of BASE for MB tracking for ASEAN E-Com Spend.
• Support commercial topics like Enabler Margin calculations and E-Com value chain Digitalization of data around E-Com NS, GMV, MB spends into Power BI.
