Your Tasks
The role supports the Financial Controlling Manager in Italy in the following activities:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
- Help maintain and improve internal financial controls
- Assist with cost analysis, profitability studies, and financial modeling
- Prepare ad‑hoc analyses for management
Your Profile
Education & Background
- University student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Good command of English
- Additional languages are a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Ability to work with large datasets and financial models
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Curiosity and willingness to learn complex financial processes
