Your Tasks

  • Led strategic planning for new business verticals (3P Direct, Quick Commerce, eB2B), including annual business plans, forecasts, and profitability KPIs.
  • Defined and implemented customer promotion plans aligned with trade strategy, optimizing trade investment and translating into annual sales forecasts.
  • Managed commercial negotiations and administration with e-Retailers, including portfolio alignment, TTC, account receivables, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Developed and maintained trade partnerships, ensuring effective communication, digital campaign alignment, and internal coordination to meet customer requirements.
  • Drove performance review and opportunity identification, using tools like max the mix and hidden gems, and partnering with Performance Marketing on campaign optimization.
  • Led and coached cross-functional teams, building KAM capabilities and driving joint business plans with measurable, customer-focused goals.

Your Profile

  • University degree and strong analytical capabilities, with experience in procurement strategy.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing digital customers such as Mercado Libre, Marketplaces, or other sales channels.
  • Strategic thinker, skilled at analyzing complex scenarios and delivering fact-based recommendations.
  • Results-driven, with strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator, with customer-centric mindset and ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Fluent in English (95%), with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
