Data Analytics:
- Assists the Brand manager in preparing reports to monitor and evaluate key categories performance (such as market share, distribution, price).
- Assists in monitoring category development closely eg. Competitor performance, launch and relaunch, price changes, digital contents.
- Helps develop strategic plan for NIVEA category to drive NIVEA category growth.
New product launches and execution:
- Supports the Brand Manager in executing go to market strategy for NIVEA launches and giving guidance to other departments (S&CM, Sales) by steering the marketing mix (price, promo, media, distribution etc.).
- Follow the ‘go to market’ process by ensuring on time delivery of product artworks, presentations, materials, and sales samples.
- Helps ensure perfect execution on all touchpoints (digital, ATL, PR) closely working together with Brand Manager, Media, and Digital teams.
- Helps ensure internal excitement for the category, launches and relaunches by being passionate about the brand and products.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:
- Support the Brand Manager to liaise with global/regional/Southern Europe teams and agencies in activating marketing campaigns.
- Assist Brand Manager in working closely with S&CM in translating campaigns to consumer engagement activities that can be used for major activities with key retailers.
- Support in execution of upcoming brand activities/PR/Influencer events.
- Support in the consumer interactions coming from Customer channels, providing responses to customer inquiries about our products.
• Graduated (Bachelor) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related course.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
• Background in Personal Care or Skin Care is an asset.
• Experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing is a plus.
• Highly organized, detailed driven, proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities with initiative and efficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
