Your Tasks

  • Manage the P&L for the E Commerce Channel by delivering on short term and long-term business plans
  • Understand the evolution of E Commerce market and guide the team to deliver superior business results
  • Build strategic business partnerships with E Commerce chains to deliver business priorities
  • Oversee and manage all activities related to content, assortment, sales, distribution and customer service for the E Commerce business
  • Provide direction, inspiration and guidance to E Commerce teams in a manner that drives efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide thought leadership and advise Management Team on Omni-Channel commerce to build a future proof organization
  • Drive 6Ps of E Commerce for MU i.e. Product, Price, Promotion, POSM, Placement and Performance.
  • Implement actions to drive Sales through the magic formula of unique visitors, conversion rate, per customer transaction and retention rate.
  • Strategize key event actions including timing, offer, message, media and growth.
  • Implement systems, reporting tools and analytics tools to aid business growth
  • Collaborate with regional and Market Unit E Commerce teams for best practice sharing and adoption.
  • Identify and develop new areas of E Commerce / Digital / Omni-Channel Commerce opportunities for MU

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
  • At least 10 years experiences as E-Commerce / Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies
  • Proven track record of successfully growing E Commerce business for a FMCG Company OR Category management with top E-commerce players
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – preferably with cross functional thinking and communication abilities (e.g. controlling, marketing, supply chain)
  • Strong team management capabilit
  • Ability to influence and deliver results through cross-cultural and cross-geographic teams
  • Passion and enthusiasm for internet trends, technological innovation and digital marketing
  • Entrepreneurial and international mindset; ability to adapt in a complex and fast changing environment by approaching unfamiliar situations, projects, and opportunities with confidence and curiosity
