Your Tasks

Job Requiremen


•    Consumer communication development & management (30%)
- Develop and lead campaign strategies by category
- Build integrated communication plans reflecting ATL/BTL principles and omnichannel brand content
- Create a brand portfolio roadmap aligned with brand mission and core values
- Collaborate closely with agencies and cross-functional team

•    New Product launch (20%)
- Lead innovation pipeline and launch strategies in collaboration with regional and global teams
- Localize global product concepts for the Korean market
- Conduct market research and build business cases for key product launches
- Ensure readiness across the organization via end-to-end project managemen

•    Product Portfolio Management (10%)
- Plan seasonal product mix, optimize pricing, and manage inventory
- Monitor media and promotional campaign performance
- Manage category portfolios through competitive analysis and SKU optimizatio

•    P&L Ownership (10%)
- Drive category growth through Net Sales acceleration and margin optimization
- Manage marketing budget effectively, including media investmen

•    Market & Consumer Insights (15%)
- Analyze market share and channel performance using Kantar WPO and Olive Young POS data
- Support business and marketing decisions through qualitative (e.g., focus groups) and quantitative research (e.g., concept tests

•    Social Media & Digital Asset Management (15%)
- Manage NIVEA Korea’s Instagram channel and Always-on content strategy & KPI
- Plan and monitor performance of digital assets (DA) and content

Your Profile

•    Completed Bachelor’s degree in preferred Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•    Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in brand marketing
•    Prior experience managing FMCG brands, including digital campaign execution, is preferred.
•    Strong internal communication skills with the ability to align and influence key stakeholders across regional and global teams on strategic business decisions
•    Proven experience in managing and optimizing agency partnerships to ensure high-quality output and investment efficiency
•    Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills
•    Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
