You can expect to gain insights into a wide variety of our Corporate Development areas – in local Sales or Controlling, in our CEO Office and in our Strategy, Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. You will design your own trainee program and choose between different areas according to your interests. This also applies to your six month assignment abroad, where you can choose one of our more than 170 subsidiaries. In addition, you will be part of an international trainee network and benefit from cross-functional projects and various development activities such as training and mentoring. We are looking for:

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, MINT or Economics
  • Min. 6 months of practical experience
  • Min. 6 months of experience abroad
  • Fluency in English
  • Quick thinker with an entrepreneurial & international mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with pragmatism
  • Convincing, integer, flexible and resilient personality
  • Compelling communicator
