Your Tasks
- Provide day-to-day operational and project management support for Store Design and ad hoc Visual Merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor incoming project requests via Airtable
- Generate new project codes and present new project requests in weekly SD/VM update meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate project updates with global and regional stakeholders.
- Manage vendor communications and oversee production/fabrication of visual merchandising elements.
- Track project milestones and ensure timelines are met for ad hoc VM initiatives.
- Maintain accurate PO tracking and budget coding via Airtable.
- Initiate PO requests for new projects and ensure correct budget alignment.
- Submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable and follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Document meeting notes and key takeaways for relevant team meetings.
- Assist with physical setup and breakdown of office visual displays (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs).
