A. Key accountabilities:
- Develop end-to-end retail sales strategy and execution plan to win excellent in-store in MT customers.
- Be responsible for annual and monthly sales target setting and sales projection according to strategy & planning.
- Responsible for sales achievement with growth (by region) and market share driven.
- Monitor in-store performance and solve issues by region.
- Analyze sales data and customer/competitor insights by region as well as collaborate with KAM to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Work closely with KAM to deliver excellent in-store performances complying with SCM guidelines (display, new news, OOS, tester, POG, NPD).
- Build strong in-store execution (MT) by leading, coaching, developing in capability and persuade SR/BA to sell NIVEA products to shoppers.
- Build good relationship with MT customers' operation team to ensure that NIVEA is the most preferred suppliers.
- Support TRAX, CPM (Fundamental Tracking) system in MT customers.

D. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Work experience in operations field at least 3 years in FMCG
- Bachelor degree or studying bachelor degree in any field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Computer Programs
- Proficiency in English skills
- Have good relationship with key customers/ Operation team
