Your Tasks
Project Steering
- Responsibility for OTIF delivery of campaign packages in EM.
- Acts as project manager and collaborates with different teams and ranks, internally and externally, to ensure OTIF delivery of campaigns in EM.
- Leads Core Team (MKT, CMI, POT, Finance, Production Manager& Others)
- Ensures 360 campaigns are fully delivered.
- Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
- Project presentation in front of the Comms gatekeepers in EM
- Ensures campaigns are delivered on budget.
Budget Management
- Support on budget tracking & forecast accuracy
- Steer POs
- Lead on quarterly budget reconciliation
Your Profile
- University Degree with 5+ years of experience on Project Management, ideally on Advertising Campaigns.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- High Level of attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and storytelling skills including ability to present to Senior Management and Multi-Cultural teams and different countries
- Proven expertise in creative agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
- Ability to work with teams from all different backgrounds, nationalities, etc.
- Advanced excel and data visualization tools and techniques
- Willing to relocate. The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand
