Your Tasks
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
You will provide timely and professional legal services to support stable and compliant business growth in China, with a strong focus on intellectual property and dispute resolution.
The purposes of this position are:
Intellectual Property Management
- Liaise with HQ for trademark registration, authorization, and enforcement.
- Develop IP strategy, manage new trademark applications, oppositions, non-use cancellations, and trademark watch.
- Support HQ in combating infringement and protecting brand rights.
Dispute Resolution & Litigation
- Handle complex disputes, arbitration, and litigation independently.
- Provide legal support for investigations and inquiries from authorities (e.g., MSA Shanghai).
Business Support
- Draft and review contracts and provide legal consultation for HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D departments.
- Support operational projects with timely legal advice and documentation.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law; licensed to practice in China.
- 10 years of overall legal work experience, demonstrating a solid career progression from foundational roles to senior responsibilities.
- Industry background is not mandatory; what matters most is strong self-motivation, learning agility, communication and practical problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to manage complex issues independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capability.
