Your Tasks
Sales Order Processing
- Collect, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for customers, service providers, and internal processes
- Maintain relevant data with regard to assortment and order forms
- Collect, create, and maintain customer master data in SAP
- Timely order processing
- Coordinate with the Supply & Demand team on stock availability
- Create transparency for customers on order status
- Coordinate with logistics service providers on pick and pack, loading, and delivery
- Manage Logistical Value Added Services (LAS) for deliveries when required
- Ensure that the customer has all required documentation for clearance in case of cross-border shipments
- Monitor deliveries up to the delivery point and Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt
- Keep logistics service providers accountable to agreed KPIs
Claims and Quality Management
- Acknowledge and investigate all claims from receipt to resolution
- Provide support to the QA team where required
Relationship Management
- Develop customer supply relationships with partners in order to fully understand their daily requirements
- Understand key distribution routes and warehouse operations at partners
- Develop relationships with key distribution/warehouse/transport personnel at partners
- Proactively investigate and identify the root cause of queries
- Implement improvement processes in order to achieve supply chain optimization. Reduce complexity wherever possible
Reporting
- Provide a monthly service level report identifying all losses and reasons
- Weekly updates on sales progress and associated risks
- Various reports related to order management and logistics KPIs
Your Profile
- Qualified Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain)
- Preferred 1–2 years of supply chain work experience (i.e., customer service, supply chain analyst, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Team worker and able to work autonomously with guidance
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships quickly
- Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a “hands-on” style
- Strong analytical ability
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
- ERP experience (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
