Devenez le moteur de la performance commerciale en pharmacie : transformez la donnée en décisions stratégiques et boostez la croissance !

Votre rôle :

Vous serez le partenaire clé des équipes commerciales et marketing, en pilotant la performance, les incentives et les analyses stratégiques pour maximiser l’impact business en pharmacie.

Vos missions principales:

  • Analyser la performance commerciale (sell-in / sell-out, KPIs, dashboards) et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Piloter les outils et le suivi des incentives terrain , calculer les primes et assurer un reporting fiable.
  • Garantir l’exécution des accords commerciaux en mettant en place des outils de contrôle et d’alerte.
  • Contribuer à la politique commerciale grâce à des analyses factuelles et des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Participer aux revues de performance et formuler des recommandations business impactantes.
  • Collaborer en transversal avec les équipes terrain, KAM, finance et marketing pour fiabiliser les données et optimiser les plans.



Votre profil

  • Bac+4/+5 (école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en analyse de données / business analysis.
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en business analysis, contrôle de gestion commercial, RGM ou category management.
  • Connaissance et première expérience terrain
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et des outils de data visualisation (Power BI).
  • Bonne compréhension des outils CRM et des bases de données commerciales.
  • Anglais courant

  • Esprit analytique & rigueur : transformer la donnée en recommandations actionnables.
  • Force de proposition & sens du business : orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Qualités relationnelles & travail en transversal : collaborer efficacement avec des équipes variées.
