The Business Development & Insights Manager E-commerce will play an important role in shaping data and insight-driven decision-making within E-commerce for ONE BDF in the MU. You will be responsible for analyzing & linking together data from multiple datasets, identifying trends, and recommending actions based on insights to optimize commercial processes and increase revenue. You will be a part of an enthusiastic, performance driven E-commerce team.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage diverse datasets from multiple sources and implement visual enhancements.
• Conduct comprehensive data cleansing/processing/mapping/aggregation/enrichment to enable reporting and complex analysis preparation.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth and propose actions plans.
• Contribute to commercial strategy through fact-based analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and custom reports to address business problems and support decision making processes.
• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and recommendations to management and other internal and external stakeholders.
