Your Tasks

This position is mainly responsible for business empowering by utilizing data, including business review with KPI measurement framework, monitoring the full - funnel data dashboard, digital insights delivery and being the data hub and take the ownership of whole digital data, etc., in order to support the company's development in business areas such as consumer journey mapping and social listening.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Analytics Expert

  • Processing and analysis digital data based on business questions to solve the critical issue with cross function team, by leveraging the existed data sources and platform tools, as well as desk research.
  • Serve the analysis request of consumer journey mapping to understand the campaign performance throughout from off-site to in-site.
  • Landing the digital KPI tracking of media ads, social ads, consumer search, social buzz, EC consumer behaviors, by utilizing the measurement framework. And build up the reporting template for internal use and further analysis.
  • Responsible for social listening/social insights delivery and regular industry case sharing to inspire teams for campaign planning, being the key insights interpretation to internal users.
  • Digital Data ISV/platform partners management and track the contact/payment/invoice, etc. to ensure the high-quality ISV delivery and financial process.

Full Funnel Dashboard Management

  • Be responsible for tracking the full - funnel data dashboard, including 1)data consolidation and build up standard collection SOP from different sources and function(CDMO, EC, Finance, etc.), so that the data can accurately reflect the business situation; 2)Track data changes over time, identify trends and anomalies, and provide timely reports and insights to relevant departments – CLT, digital marketing, category, EC, Finance, etc.
  • Be the dashboard owner to well manage the data logic, interpretation; co-lead with digital marketing team to pin the dashboard in the business topline when doing each-time war room meeting, CLT and global report.
  • Work with IT to automate the dashboard online for timely review and call for action. And responsible for the dashboard active usage, conduct the irritation plan and doing irritation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key contact window for data integration from TP (Third - Party), ISV agencies, KA, MKT, etc.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external partners, ensuring smooth data transfer and compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that the collected data is properly integrated into the company's data systems and used effectively for business decision - making.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills; strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • 3+ years working experience
    • Minimum 2-year experience in data tracking/analytic/insights generation (both manufacture and agency)
    • Minimum 1-year in dashboard build-up and maintenance
    • Digital data experiences including social media and EC.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
