Your Tasks

As a Brand Management & Digital Marketing trainee, you can dive into different topics of your desire. From local brand management, to global digital strategies to further digitilization of our marketing activities can everything be part of YOUR journey. Thereby, you will be part of different Brand Management & Digital Marketing teams and focus on own projects or/and dive into the daily business. As our trainee programme has the main aim to prepare you to steer us through our future marketing challenges, you will be part of global, regional and local teams in order to gather a holistic view of our business. From day one you are taking ownership to co-create and ensure the future of our company.

Your Profile

  • A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Psychology, Economics or a related field
  • Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
  • Genuine enthusiasm for brand building, consumer understanding and marketing innovation
  • Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with creative, consumer‑focused thinking
  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
  • Motivation to lead brand‑related projects
  • Passion for combining strategic thinking with creativity to create impactful brand experiences
  • At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
