Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • To ensure the Logistics and Customer Service functions been performed in according to expected performance
  • To ensure operations & billing task been performed within timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

1. Logistics Operations

  • To coordinate internally & externally to ensure all receiving in compliant to SOP
  • To perform monthly write-off in compliant to SOP
  • Inventory accuracy between Beiersdorf with Supplier
  • To consistently look for improvement opportunity to shorten the process & lead time

2. Logistics Billing

  • To ensure all billing be processed accurately according to timeline
  • To manage all billing discrepancies internally and externally
  • To consistently look for improvement opportunity to shorten the process & lead time of billing

3. Customer Service

  • Reduce Service level losses & Rejection due to Service Providers
  • Analyse root cause & set joint improvement plan to improve Customer Service Level, reduce Rejection and Trade Returns
  • Lead Supply Chain Meeting with key customers to improve on Customer Service Level, order processing issues & delivery issues
  • Lead Supply Chain Meeting with CDM Team & EM Team to improve on Customer Service Level, Rejection, Trade Returns and solve operation issues
  • To initiative on continuous improvements to increase the performance of Customer Service Level, Rejection and Trade Returns

4. Value Added Services – Co-packing

  • To ensure internal and external co-packing been performed in compliant to SOP
  • To consistently look for improvement opportunity to shorten the process & lead time

5. Logistics Compliance

  • Liaison with outsourced parties (warehouse) on matters relating to the GDPMD system
  • Responsible in managing stock inventory, stock accuracy level and post-delivery activities such as medical devices return, disposal and recall in accordance with the organization operation and the GDPMD requirements
  • Responsible in ensuring all the related GDPMD procedures are update and compliance with the GDPMD procedures
  • Participate in the planned internal audit and management review in accordance with the GDPMD

6. To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Your Profile

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in logistics and Customer Service in 3PL/ FMCG Industry
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin would be more advantage
  • Computer proficient and able to use SAP system is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, communication, people management skills and flexibility.
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and able to work well under pressure
