Your Tasks
- First contact for employees with psychosocial support needs
- Structured clarification of concerns and needs-based first-level advice (as req. mediation of internal and external service offers)
- Contact with local providers and social contact points
- Planning and implementation of events, workshops and celebrations
- Administration and optimization of administrative tasks
- Active development of the Younited presence, including the implementation and use of digital tools
- Internal and external communication in German & English
- Project work, e.g. further development of the company’s occupational reintegration management system (BEM)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a social field
- Consulting skills, a coaching qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Availability: 30 hours per week
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Confident handling of stressful situations and emotionally demanding topics
- Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working
- Experience with project work
- Hands-on mentality, solution- and resource-oriented thinking and acting for our employees
- IT affinity, SAP knowledge, very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (good written and spoken)
