Your Tasks
As an AI Trainee , you will join Beiersdorf at the forefront of one of the most significant transformations in the company's history: harnessing Artificial Intelligence to redefine how we create value for our consumers, our employees, and the business.
By rotating across AI Engineering, Human Resources, AI Transformation, Project & Portfolio Management, and our global markets , you will gain a unique end-to-end perspective on what it takes to transform a global organization through AI. You will contribute to real initiatives that bring AI into everyday work, help scale adoption across markets and functions, and support the evolution of new ways of working.
From building AI-powered solutions to driving organizational change, you will learn how people, leadership and technology must come together to unlock sustainable impact. Working alongside experts across the organization, you will help shape a future where AI amplifies human potential, accelerates innovation, and strengthens Beiersdorf's competitive advantage.
This programme is designed to develop the next generation of AI leaders - professionals who understand not only the technology itself, but also how to drive adoption, enable people, and deliver meaningful business outcomes at scale.
Your Profile
- A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Visible leadership potential through taking ownership, driving initiatives, and collaborating across diverse teams
- Genuine curiosity about how Artificial Intelligence is transforming businesses, work, and society
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Interest in the intersection of AI, people, technology, and organizational transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate across functions and cultures
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to take responsibility in a fast-evolving environment
- Motivation to shape the future of work and help unlock Beiersdorf's next chapter of growth through responsible and impactful AI adoption
- At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships (e.g., AI, technology, consulting, change management, project management, HR transformation, innovation, or related fields)
