Your Tasks

Srategy

  • Define marketing strategy of NIVEA Body Care, including Body Sun Care, and Lip categories in Thailand
  • Identify new opportunities in the markets to drive core portfolio of the responsible brands while makes it harmonized and profitable for holistic Thailand.
  • Understand market landscape, categories, consumer, competitors to deliver right portfolio.
  • Lead the Thailand portfolio harmonization process and drive efficiency across markets
  • Represent Thailand and define the markets’ key opportunities to provide insight to Global and Regional team in order to deliver the relevant innovations and Communication materials for Thailand market.
  • Lead Category’s NPD business validation, Thailand top down target, Thailand campaign list, Thailand communication development. Consolidate local markets’ input to feedback Global and Regional team.

Business Management

  • Drive and own annual marketing plan (PMP), annual marketing financial plan (ABP) and A&P for total Body Care & Lip Thailand
  • Own Thailand A&P of NIVEA Body Care, including Body Sun Care, and Lip
  • Lead and drive the business with the entrepreneur mindset to achieve company’s goals. Be vigilant and decisive to make change in plans in order to overcome uncertain competitive environment e.g. new operating model, new competitors in the market, etc.
  • Work with Media & Digital Agencies to get the right media strategy, consumer journey at the optimized spending level that deliver business’s goals.
  • Supervise direct reports to drive day-to-day business including analysis, precision marketing, marketing launch plan execution.

Team

  • Lead and supervise high-caliber team of up to 5 people
  • Set annual individual priorities for team members that are relevant to company’s priorities, categories’ priorities and their own development.
  • Align and set team members development plan and regularly monitor for the progress.
  • Discuss and supervise for team members career development and opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields
  • At least 10 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies
  • Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills
  • Have an experience in multi category product/brand management
  • Very good command in Thai & English both spoken and written
