Your Tasks
POSM & Execution Specialist is responsible for best shopper engagement and activations to drive Sales at POS (online and offline) via POSM development, monitoring and budget tracking & best in class execution of eSCM/eShelf fundamentals.
POSM & Execution
- Ensure brand strategy is correctly executed by Store. Develop campaign materials and ensure campaign consistency and excellence in execution by retail environment
- Defines and drives implementation of the right POSM by channel. Ensures the effective execution of the annual POS activation plan, based on customer specifications/requests and category guidelines. Works out POS concepts for online & offline campaigns.
- (e)POS communication assets. Campaign management & integration of Retailers’ Digital activation plans
- Adapts global guidelines for NPDs/Core & Xcat to local language and POSM
- Owns P&L of secondary placements. PoP Budget & Stock monitoring. Follow up with Suppliers/Agencies for OTIF delivery. Manages shopper & customer marketing agencies and external partners.
