Your Tasks
Leads and supports the performance of PCs across the LATAM region by driving quality excellence, strengthening operational KPIs, and ensuring consistent implementation of global standards and regulatory requirements. Partners closely with PC and MU Quality teams to enhance capabilities, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality systems. Plays a critical role in enabling high-quality product delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable continuous improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional IIM with regional core team and escalate risks to Global category team. Handover the execution from Gate 3 to PC/3PM QM and responsible of FFPR QM final approval
- Monitor and accountable of regional performance KPI’s, identify gaps and escalate risks for PC’s .
- Ensure consistency across local teams at PC’s and regional/global priorities.
- Adapt and guarantee global standards to regional regulations (PC’s)
- Support local sites with expertise and resources allocation to deliver performance and compliance.
- Define and align succession plan for PC/3PM QMs
- Conduct/coordinate regional audits and supplier assessments (PC’s)
- Coordinate regional improvement initiatives (PC’s)
- Support and ensure quality in the selection of new suppliers (RM, PM, 3PM) within regional/local Sourcing Teams (e.g.: RMT).
- Support critical technical projects (e.g.: CCRO, new technologies etc.) to assure quality standards and compliance with required regulations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Production Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy and related Sciences
- Mandatory: 7+ years of Quality experience
- Expert knowledge of cGMP and overall FDA requirements and guidelines for OTC and Cosmetic products
- Expert knowledge of Quality processes at Manufacturing
- Advanced English proficiency.
