Your Tasks
As Value Added Service (VAS) Planner you will ensure end-to-end VAS planning and execution of activities initiated by MUs on time, in full and in expected quality. You will be responsible for achieving balanced costs in leaded VAS clusters by close cooperation with suppliers, co-opakers and promo leaders in MU organization.
- Ensuring Supply Chain KPIs related to the availability of VAS products
- Planning VAS production based on business forecasts
- Coordinating communication and activities between company departments and external partners/suppliers
- Operational negotiations on prices for copacking activities
- Creating orders for copacking activities and warehouse movements for production orders
- Supporting the management of VAS subcontractors
- Handling complaints related to copacking processes in collaboration with the Quality department
- Coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the inventory levels of VAS products
- Managing "leftover stock" and the unpacking process

Checking and approving invoices from suppliers
Your Profile
- Higher education, preferably in logistics/economics/engineering
- Min. 2 years of product, supply or raw materials planning, quality management, FMCG experience
- Experience with Forecasting / Planning systems and tools, quality management
- Ability to challenge existing work methods and display willingness to try new approaches
- Practical know-how in copacking or production planning
- Fluent English & Polish in writing and speaking
- Experience with SAP system (preferably SAP PPDS, SAP BI, SAP APO)
- Analytical skills (advanced Excel)
- Experience in an international environment
- Customer-oriented, well-organized
